- A note stating the reason for return and how you would like your return handled
- within 30 days: refund/replacement
- within one year: replacement
- Proof of purchase. A packing slip, order printout or handwritten note containing your information and the order information.
Returns are processed within 1-3 days of arrival.
Returns received without details may not be processed.
